According to the Art. 38 de la Ley 30/1992, Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común:
The administrative authorities shall keep a register in which shall be a corresponding entry of any writing or communication done or received within any administrative unit of the related administration. It is also recorded in the same entry, the output of the written and formal communications directed to other bodies or persons.
The documents registration at the School is computarized and integrated into the general UPM register.
